Mini sessions are short, relaxed, and designed to capture a handful of meaningful moments without taking up your entire day. Each session is 15 minutes long, with a five-minute buffer between families to allow time for a quick reset before the next session begins. Because the schedule moves quickly, arriving prepared and ready to begin helps everything feel calmer and allows us to make the most of every minute together.
Birth is intense, emotional, and often much faster than it feels. Even when labour lasts for hours, the day itself can become a blur. You are focused on contractions, your body, your baby, and getting through each moment. Your support person is usually focused on you. That means many of the most meaningful parts of the story happen without either of you fully seeing them.
